  look at existing memorials\, and includes moving the war memorial from its
  current location to a prominent place adjacent to the Promenade and adding
  a spray jet fountain in the pond that resembles the smaller spray in the e
 xisting flood memorial.\r\n\r\nThe renewal features in Legacy Commons inclu
 de five separate play areas with adjacent themed gardens\r\n\r\n	Climber ar
 ea with art garden\r\n	Accessible inclusive play area with an elevated acce
 ssible garden\r\n	Nature climbing area with adjacent Black Hills\, prairie 
 and medicinal gardens\r\n	Age 2-5 play area with a children's garden\r\n	Ac
 tive play area with an adjacent sustainable landscape.\r\n\r\nThe play area
 s and gardens surround a three-fourths acre Great Lawn for spontaneous and 
 planned gatherings.\r\n\r\nDiscovery features within Legacy Commons include
  70 images of plants\, animals and fossils hidden throughout the park\, and
 \, for the parents\, ample benches to relax\, or three separate fitness fea
 tures to work out. The existing hillside amphitheater features a new at-gra
 de concrete stage/platform for events as well as a comtemplative area next 
 to Rapid Creek. All bike path connections and through routes remain. The re
 stroom interiors at the existing bandshell will be remodeled to accessibili
 ty standards. In addition\, bathrooms will be constructed near the Rockin'
